Job summary

Seacoast Bank seeks a senior credit risk analytics professional to manage data integration for CRR and develop data-driven risk analyses across commercial and retail portfolios. You will generate timely risk reporting for monthly assessments and regulatory requests, while ensuring policy compliance and audit trails.

The role requires deep knowledge of credit risk, data management, and regulatory reporting, with leadership to mentor a small team and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting or equivalent work experience is necessary.
• MBA, CFA/FRM, FRM or formal financial services credit training is highly desired.
• 10+ years’ financial services experience with extensive knowledge of credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage data integration for CRR to perform core functions.
• Develop data-driven risk analyses for subject portfolios.
• Create data-driven sample files aligned with U.S. regulatory expectations.
• Generate timely credit risk reporting for monthly risk assessments and regulatory requests.
• Track CRR issues in firm-wide issue tracking systems.
• Improve CRR workpaper platform for stability and audit trails.
• Ensure data touchpoints comply with Seacoast policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in planning and execution of the CRR annual Plan.
• Maintain compliance with all data and systems policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage CRR’s contingency and recovery plans.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as directed.
