Linedata is seeking a Senior Credit Research Associate to join our Global Services team in Charlotte. You will perform credit research, financial analysis, and investment support across a diverse portfolio of debt investments for leading asset managers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of credit research experience.
• Experience with US/European capital markets.
• Deep knowledge of debt documents like credit agreements and indentures.
• Strong Excel modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to independently execute assignments under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide credit research and analytical support to global asset managers across a broad range of credit instruments.
• Validate system-generated financial statements and models by testing data extraction accuracy and ensuring outputs meet standards.
• Review quarterly/annual reports, lender presentations, covenants, and disclosures to verify data integrity and refine extraction rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Analyze KPIs, segment performance, and capital structures to support investment decisions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting demanding deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to high quality standards and industry best practices.
