• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Two years of underwriting experience or financial services analysis and accounting experience.
• Completion of a major corporate credit training program.
• Ability to competently complete credit packages and credit services agreements with management oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prepares credit approval packages with risk rating, performance vs. projections, covenants and profitability analysis.
• Analyzes guarantors as needed to support credit underwriting.
• Assists with review of pre-closing loan documents and closing due diligence.
• Manages financial reporting requirements, covenant requirements and documentation exceptions.
• Ensures credit files are complete with up-to-date information.
• Provides tickler implementation and maintenance.
• Monitors portfolios and servicing activities in conjunction with Credit Products support.
• Identifies opportunities for exposure reduction or new opportunities within portfolio.
