Job summary

Bank of America Corporation is seeking a senior Credit Team Manager to oversee a group of Credit Support Associates and Analysts responsible for underwriting, monitoring, and lifecycle management across traded product portfolios. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in institutional banking, Global Markets, credit, risk, operations or a closely related discipline.
• Experience leading, mentoring or formally managing colleagues in a performance-focused team environment.
• Knowledge of traded product documentation such as ISDA, MSFTA, Repo Agreements, MRA and credit agreements.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with credit/risk systems and BI or automation tools is advantageous.
• Ability to review outputs for accuracy, completeness and policy alignment.

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex credit support, control, data quality and execution issues.
• Partner with Credit Officers, Operations and other stakeholders to support accurate trade booking, lifecycle management, pre-closing and post-closing activity.
