Qualifications

• 7+ years commercial credit underwriting and analysis experience in a bank or OEM finance.
• Strong knowledge of loan and collateral documentation.
• Ability to analyze financials and deliver risk analyses to management.
• Capability to present a business case to support conclusions.
• Excellent relationship management and team collaboration.
• Coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assess credit worthiness of borrowers using due diligence and financial analysis.
• Apply delegated approval authority for new lending, terms, and risk management.
• Support asset quality and adhere to risk appetite while growing the loan portfolio.
• Lead new credit originations with RM, risk, and product partners.
• Negotiate and structure legal documentation for loans and derivatives.
• Set internal risk ratings and adjust throughout the credit life cycle.
• Mentor Credit Analysts and Associates on credit processes.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand financial goals and needs.
