Dole Fresh Fruit North America is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Manager to lead the credit and accounts receivable function. The role manages a team of six A/R Specialists located across Charlotte, NC and Westlake Village, CA, with responsibilities including credit risk management, collections, cash application, and disputes to protect working capital and maintain SOX-compliant processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in credit, collections, AR, or related financial functions.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365) and BI tools (Power BI) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six A/R Specialists across Charlotte, NC and Westlake Village, CA.
• Establish performance expectations, assign portfolios, and manage workloads.
• Evaluate new customer credit applications using financial statements, references, and credit data.
• Recommend credit limits and monitor portfolio risk and exposure.
• Oversee AR collection activities, aging reviews, and past-due management.
• Coordinate cash posting, bank reconciliations, and daily cash processes.
• Prepare weekly cash forecasts and provide AR reporting and variance analysis.
• Maintain SOX controls and support internal/external audits.
