Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in accounting/finance.
• 4–6 years in accounts receivable or accounting, with 1–2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar) required.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze AR metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, payment application, aging tracking, and collections.
• Perform reconciliations, AR forecasts, and support month-end close.
• Investigate disputes, chargebacks, and misapplied payments with Sales.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and lead collection efforts to reduce DSO.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly AR reports and maintain records.
• Mentor junior staff, act as escalation point, promote AR best practices.
• Support audits and perform bank reconciliations and intercompany adjustments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and foster client relationships.
