The role requires deep knowledge of credit bureau reporting, Metro 2 standards, and FCRA compliance, with proven leadership to drive remediation and governance across enterprise reporting changes and risks.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Credit Bureau Reporting, FCRA Compliance, Risk Management, QA or related fields.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience with Chex System and EWS; Metro 2 reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tradeline testing across multiple systems of record.
• Monitor critical reject trends and reporting processes.
• Consolidate testing results and provide insights to Compliance Managers.
• Lead and develop a team of Compliance Officers.
• Support governance, audits, and oversight reviews.
