Job summary

Citizens Wealth Management Group is seeking a Senior Credit Bureau Reporting Manager to lead a five-person Compliance team and oversee tradeline testing, critical reject monitoring, and reporting across multiple systems of record. You will drive governance, risk oversight, and remediation efforts with Compliance Managers.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in credit bureau reporting and strong FCRA/Metro 2 knowledge, with proven leadership and executive communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Credit Bureau Reporting, FCRA Compliance, Risk Management, QA, Testing, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and delivering results.
• Understanding of Fiserv, ALS, TSYS, MSP, Debt Manager servicing platforms.
• Understanding of Chex System & EWS.
• Strong knowledge of FCRA requirements and Metro 2 standards.
• Experience performing testing, monitoring, QA, or oversight activities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements under FCRA and Data Furnishing.

Responsibilities

• Lead tradeline testing across multiple systems of record.
• Oversee testing governance, accuracy, and quality of results.
• Monitor testing outcomes, identify trends, and escalate concerns.
• Provide reporting and insights to Compliance Managers and leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of Compliance Officers; set priorities and development plans.
