Job summary

You will oversee consumer reporting obligations across CRAs, lead issue management, data integrity, and remediation activities while partnering with Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, Audit, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong regulatory expertise in FCRA, Metro 2, CRRG, ChexSystems, and EWS reporting requirements.
• Oversight of consumer reporting activities across multiple platforms and vendors.
• Ability to identify and mitigate reporting risks and validate customer impact assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FCRA compliance and Metro 2 reporting standards.
• Govern ChexSystems and EWS reporting programs with governance routines.
• Lead remediation activities for credit reporting issues and regulatory findings.
• Prepare analyses supporting investigations and regulatory inquiries.
• Develop executive reporting on compliance risks and remediation progress.
