Jobgether is seeking a Senior Credit Bureau Reporting Manager in the United States to lead enterprise-wide oversight of credit bureau reporting. You will manage a team of about five Compliance Officers, oversee tradeline testing, monitor critical rejects, and translate findings for Compliance Managers and senior leadership.

• Substantial experience in credit bureau reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, or quality assurance.
• Ability to lead in-depth FCRA discussions across product lines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee tradeline testing across multiple systems of record, ensuring procedures and governance.
• Review testing results for accuracy, identify trends, and maintain documentation for leadership.
• Oversee critical reject monitoring and reporting; analyze themes and impact on reporting performance.
• Escalate significant findings through governance channels and prepare leadership reports.
• Consolidate testing results and insights into actionable reports for Compliance Managers.
• Support oversight activities, remediation initiatives, and ongoing monitoring.
• Identify emerging risks and control weaknesses; drive process improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately five Compliance Officers.
