Responsibilities

• Support complex underwriting, structuring, and ongoing monitoring of commercial credits.
• Analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements for sustainability.
• Prepare concise credit approval memoranda with risk assessment.
• Develop historical charts, projections, and sensitivity analyses.
• Manage covenant reviews and risk rating model validation.
• Prepare Criticized Period Reviews and portfolio materials.
• Ensure accuracy of credit data across systems.
• Escalate data deficiencies with clear recommendations.
• Train and coach junior analysts; support process improvements.
