Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting) is required.
• 2+ years of Commercial Banking experience.
• Strong financial and risk analysis, including ability to develop financial models.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services.
• Knowledge of corporate structures and relevant legal documents.
• General knowledge of U.S. government regulation.
• Proficiency in internal banking applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor credit excellence and collect financial statements for renewals and reviews.
• Prepare succinct credit approval memos with risk analysis and terms.
• Conduct portfolio monitoring, covenant tracking, and risk rating models.
• Identify monitoring activities and update covenants as needed.
• Verify covenants and track past due or non-compliant items.
• Assess spreads and coordinate with CCU for required edits.
• Generate pipeline and portfolio reports for leadership and underwriters.
• Prepare Criticized Period Reviews with oversight.
• Run projection models and support underwriting with limited oversight.
• Prepare portfolio analyses and Portfolio Review materials.
• Ensure data integrity across internal systems and reports.
• Escalate data or analysis deficiencies and emerging risks.
• Maintain knowledge of Bancorp policies and procedures.
• Possibly train new employees and support ad hoc projects.
