Seattle Credit Union is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite commercial loans and support the Annual Term Loan Review. You will collaborate with Loan Officers and Credit Administration to help members reach their business and financial goals while delivering excellent service.

The role is remote across the United States, requiring strong credit analysis skills, knowledge of loan policy, and effective communication with team members.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of five (5)+ years of experience in commercial banking.
• Minimum of five (5)+ years direct credit analysis and commercial underwriting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Credit Memorandums with supporting documentation for loan approval.
• Review borrower and guarantor documents for compliance with loan policy.
• Analyze financial documents including proforma statements using ratio and cash flow analysis.
• Assess pledged collateral and read third-party appraisal, Environmental Phase I, Title Insurance, and insurance docs.
