Reading Cooperative Bank is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst II to join the Credit Team in Reading, MA. You will perform advanced credit analysis and underwriting for a diverse portfolio of commercial lending relationships, including CRE, construction, and C&I, supporting the bank’s disciplined credit culture.

Reporting to the SVP, Chief Credit Officer, the role also develops other analysts and prepares for expanded leadership responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible commercial credit analysis experience.
• Underwriting and analyzing complex commercial credit relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced credit analysis and underwriting for commercial lending relationships while supporting the bank’s disciplined credit culture.
• Serve as a senior resource within the department, helping develop and support other analysts while preparing for expanded leadership responsibilities.
