Reading Cooperative Bank is hiring a Senior Credit Analyst II to join its Credit Team in Reading, MA. You will conduct advanced credit analysis and underwriting for commercial lending relationships spanning real estate, construction, and corporate lending.

Reporting to the SVP, Chief Credit Officer, you will serve as a senior resource, helping develop junior analysts and preparing for expanded leadership within the credit function. A strong track record in credit analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible commercial credit analysis experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and strong judgment.

We are seeking a Senior Credit Analyst II to join our collaborative and high-performing Credit Team. Reporting directly to the SVP, Chief Credit Officer, this role is a key contributor to the Bank's commercial lending success, providing independent credit analysis and underwriting support across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate, construction, and commercial & industrial lending relationships.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Credit Analyst II, you will perform advanced credit analysis and underwriting for commercial lending relationships while supporting the Bank’s disciplined credit culture. This role also serves as a senior resource within the department, helping develop and support other analysts while preparing for expanded leadership responsibilities within the credit function.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and,
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible commercial credit analysis experience, including underwriting and analyzing complex commercial credit relationships; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, strong judgment, and a desire to develop into future credit leadership roles.
