Job summary

Guaranty Bank & Trust is seeking a Full-Time Senior Credit Analyst to support commercial lending by performing high-level analyses on loans and preparing presentations for the Loan Committee. You will assess creditworthiness using financial statements, reports, and market data, ensuring compliance with bank policies and industry regulations.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with nCino, and a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years underwriting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum 12 hours of college-level accounting including intermediate accounting I & II.
• Prior nCino experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial covenant calculations for compliance monitoring and exceptions on customers.
• Manage financial reporting, compliance certificates, rent rolls, borrowing bases, and other loan requirements.
• Determine violations within loan agreements for credit committee.
• Perform financial analysis, annual loan package reviews, and recommendations for risk/credit grading.
