Job summary

Leprino is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst in Denver to manage credit risk and AR for large customers. You will analyze financial statements, set credit exposure, and work with customers to resolve issues that protect cash flow.

You’ll lead portfolio management for about 100 accounts, monitor liquidity and trends, and collaborate with Sales and AR teams on credit decisions and deductions. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in commercial credit analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and spread business financial statements to evaluate liquidity, leverage, and creditworthiness.
• Evaluate domestic and international customers and set credit limits and terms.
• Prepare clear credit analyses and recommendations for management review.
• Support a portfolio of ~100 customers with ongoing credit oversight.
• Monitor accounts receivable for past-due balances and emerging risks.
• Lead collection efforts to improve cash flow with customers and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve deductions and short payments, including pricing disputes and chargebacks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and AR to resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as a senior resource for complex credit, collection, and deduction matters.
