hrsystem seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee daily AR activities and collaborate with Sales to monitor credit and collections. The role emphasizes strong leadership, analytics, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising the AR team, assessing credit risk, collecting on overdue accounts, and liaising with Sales and Credit & Collections to meet department goals. On-site in Pittsburgh, with potential for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business, finance, or related functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required.
• Background checks and drug screening may be required (by Company, Customer or DOT requirements in working on-site and operating equipment as required or permitted by law)

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day AR team activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders on credit and collections processes.
• Investigate credit risk and advise on credit applications.
• Collect on overdue accounts.
• Monitor and negotiate on overdue collections.
• Ensure department goals are met.
• Liaise between Sales and the Credit & Collections department.
• Perform other duties as trained and qualified for
