You will coach junior analysts and collaborate with stakeholders across markets to deliver high-quality insights.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience with AI in professional settings, and the ability to translate data into clear rating-driven narratives for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong credit, financial and risk analysis skills.
• Practical experience embedding generative AI or LLM tools into workflows.
• Proficiency in analytical and spreadsheet tools; willingness to develop data/automation skills.
• Ability to coach junior analysts and maintain shared standards.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach junior analysts to reinforce capability in credit analysis and data discipline.
• Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned credits with accountability.
