Job summary

S&P Global Ratings is seeking a credit analyst to own delivery for assigned structured finance credits, applying AI-augmented workflows while ensuring data integrity and transparent documentation.

You will develop committee-ready insights, build analytical packs, and present findings to senior stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree is required, CFA preferred, with a minimum of 1 year in related roles, and a commitment to office-based collaboration two days weekly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in structured finance ratings or credit analysis.
• Data analysis and financial statement analysis skills with experience supporting financial modeling.
• Understanding of credit and risk concepts in structured finance or securitized products.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and experience using AI tools to support research and drafting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with evidence-based presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for assigned credits, maintain surveillance, and synthesize developments into committee-ready insights.
• Collect, reconcile, and validate data; build analytical packs using standard templates; document assumptions clearly.
• Prepare well-evidenced committee materials and translate data into clear narratives for rating committees.
