Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital space focused on influencer/creator marketing or campaigns
• Experience with influencer talent and talent representatives across industries
• Familiarity with short-form video platforms and platform analytics tools
• Experience working with legal and finance partners for contracting and payments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for marketing initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns from ideation to execution across earned, owned, and paid channels
• Collaborate with Influencer Team Leads to determine strategy and best practices
• Support creative development from research through delivery while ensuring cultural relevance and brand integrity
• Maintain creative consistency reflecting Disney's storytelling standards
• Monitor creator landscape and apply audience insights to inform strategy
• Contribute to creator content pipeline on Disney+ and partnership strategies
• Create reporting presentations and track campaign performance metrics
• Develop materials for cross-functional teams and leadership
• Partner with Campaign Strategy, Marketing, Events, Publicity, Production to improve workflows and creator collaboration
