• 3–5+ years of talent management/influencer marketing experience (agency preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Working knowledge of new media platforms from a business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and represent digital talent across sports, lifestyle and entertainment.
• Own and track multiple deals with brands.
• Work onsite with talent at events and manage productions for brand partnerships.
• Sourcing, managing and servicing digital partnerships for talent.
• Regularly update senior executives on client activities and workstreams.
• Collaborate with talent legal, accounting and operations teams to ensure deal execution and payments.
