Job summary

Squarespace is seeking a Senior Media Strategist to lead creator and affiliate partnerships. You will shape channel strategy, measure impact with data-driven insights, and drive optimizations across partner programs.

In this hybrid New York role, you will collaborate with Data, GTM and Product Marketing, manage onboarding and payments, and recruit new creators to grow our affiliate ecosystem. Strong negotiation and forecasting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within creator and affiliate marketing.
• Hands-on experience with incrementality tests and the ability to build forecasts.
• Proven track record of negotiating creator and affiliate deals and scaling partners.
• Strong hands-on experience navigating and executing within an affiliate platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator and affiliate channel strategy and execution by leveraging insights from Data, GTM and Product Marketing partners.
• Own weekly and monthly program reporting and the leadership narrative, flag trends and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with data teams to build measurement frameworks including lift and incrementality testing.
• Conduct deep dives into partner performance to drive optimizations and influence Go To Market strategy.
• Unpack nuances across partner types and lead tests with cross-functional teams.
