Job summary

Curio Digital is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own creative strategy across multiple client accounts. You’ll dive deep into customer psychology, translate research into briefs, and lead a creative pod of editors and designers.

This fully remote role requires EST overlap and emphasizes AI-driven research, scalable pod-based delivery, and process improvements to win creative outcomes for wellness brands.

Qualifications

• Deep research (manual and AI-assisted) to create psychology-based avatars and briefs.
• Strong copywriting and creative strategy skills.
• Experience producing assets for Meta ad spend of $100k-$500k per month.
• Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Claude, Motion, and Facebook Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across multiple client accounts and dive into customer psychology.
• Turn research into killer briefs and oversee a creative pod of editors and designers.
• Shift from founder-led to scalable pod-based delivery with strong processes and AI.
• Conduct deep manual research, refine avatars, and build psychology-backed briefs.
• Review and approve finished creative before client delivery.
• Analyze past ad performance and iterate to produce winning creative.
• Build and improve the creative strategy workflow and processes.
• Oversee the assigned creative pod and support team performance.
• Work heavily with AI as part of daily workflow.
