Job summary

High Scale Ai in Los Angeles (DTLA) is seeking a Creative Strategist to bridge consumer psychology, data, and creative execution for performance-driven campaigns across DTC, lifestyle, beauty, and fashion brands. You’ll translate insights into concepts, own testing roadmaps, and collaborate with Copywriters, Producers, and Media Buyers to drive measurable results.

We’re looking for 3+ years in Creative Strategy or direct response, a portfolio of high-performing campaigns, and a deep

Qualifications

3+ years in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, Direct Response Advertising, or related role.
Portfolio showcasing campaigns and measurable results is required.
Experience in US consumer brands and DTC preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop performance-driven creative strategies for DTC, eCommerce, lifestyle, beauty, and wellness brands.
Translate client objectives and data into compelling advertising concepts.
Collaborate with Copywriters, Producers, Editors, and Media Buyers to execute campaigns.
Analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, retention) to optimize creatives.
Lead structured creative testing and iterate concepts based on results.
