Job summary

Sermo is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of high-priority creative projects. You will report to the VP of Client Experience and act as the single point of accountability for project success from intake through final delivery.

Location is US-based with remote work. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in creative settings, plus healthcare/pharma marketing familiarity and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering end-to-end project management in creative/agency environments.
• Healthcare/pharma marketing experience preferred with MLR familiarity (e.g., Veeva).
• PM principles/tools knowledge; PMP or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of key projects from intake through development, review and delivery.
• Lead client meetings as the creative lead, translating goals into actionable briefs and plans.
• Coordinate handoffs and reviews across CSOs, design, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish PM standards and drive process improvements across the creative lifecycle.
• Provide clear status updates and KPI reporting to CX leadership and stakeholders.
