Mathys+Potestio seeks a Senior Creative Project Manager in Austin to lead end-to-end digital creative projects across social, display, DOOH, eCommerce, and email channels. You will partner with designers, developers, copywriters, strategists, clients, and partners to ensure successful executions.

The role requires 5+ years in a creative environment, strong stakeholder management, budgeting, scheduling, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in a creative agency, digital studio, or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects through influence, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Strong PM skills: scoping, scheduling, budgeting, execution, reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage full project lifecycle from intake to delivery and evaluation.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and production workflows.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Serve as primary client contact for project communications and support.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Interpret briefs to develop effective execution plans for campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams for efficient workflows.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork in a positive, solution-oriented environment.
• Conduct QA reviews for accuracy, consistency, and detail.
