Job summary

Mathys+Potestio, a global experience design agency, is seeking a Digital/Technical Producer in Portland, OR, to lead the development of digital content and software platforms from ideation through implementation, serving as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams.

You will partner with creative and technical stakeholders to build project plans, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure communication across all phases of delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large, complex interactive or content projects in an agency environment.
• Strong background in client management, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Passion for digital storytelling and translating brand ideas into physical and technical experiences with an operational mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 or Google Suite, Figma, and project tools like Box, Teams, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital content and software platforms from ideation through implementation, serving as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Build project plans, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate resources, and maintain clear communication across all phases of delivery.
• Manage change orders, vendor agreements, scope updates, and status reporting while ensuring goals, quality standards, and financial targets stay aligned.
• Support process improvements, maintain client relationships, and help deliver high-quality interactive experiences across brand, digital, and built-environment projects.
