Mathys+Potestio / The Creative Party® is seeking an experienced Art Director / Creative Lead to establish and grow its U.S. presence in Austin, TX.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on design execution, shaping the agency’s creative output and client relationships. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in art direction or related fields, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and a strong grasp of graphic design and digital marketing channels.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in art direction or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative delivery from concept development through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and high-quality visual standards.
• Develop compelling creative concepts and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, strategists, and other creatives to deliver effective marketing assets.
• Translate audience insights and strategic recommendations into engaging visual solutions.
• Lead client presentations, meetings, and new business pitches.
• Assist with project prioritization, timeline management, and budget considerations.
• Contribute to establishing creative standards, processes, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for innovation by monitoring industry trends and digital marketing developments.
• Support client growth initiatives and expansion of service offerings.
