TerraCycle, a global leader in sustainable solutions, is seeking a Creative Manager to lead the NA creative team and execute the creative vision for TerraCycle brands across all media. This hands-on role blends leadership and hands-on design, guiding graphics, print, motion, and UI work while developing and enforcing brand standards globally.

Qualifications

• Expert Adobe/graphic design skills with UI knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design at an agency or in-house.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of print processes and motion design.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Director on top-tier strategic projects and pitches.
• Lead and inspire in-house and freelance creatives toward business goals.
• Juggle multiple projects with stakeholders and ensure deadlines.
• Develop campaigns across TerraCycle products and services.
• Ensure design briefs are aligned with the job to be done and success metrics.
• Maintain visual guidelines and brand standards globally.
• Design graphics for print and digital (web, social).
• Create UI wireframes and designs with product/IT teams.
• Leverage new tools and AI to elevate execution.
• Stay updated on industry innovations and mentor the team.
• Collaborate with EU/APAC markets to maintain consistency.
