Terra is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and agency experience to join our Creative team. You will translate client briefs into compelling design solutions and contribute to branding projects across social media, digital ads, presentations, and event collateral.

You will collaborate with project leads and strategists, participate in client presentations, and mentor junior designers while staying current on design trends and tools.

Formación

• Portfolio required for consideration.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a graphic design role, ideally at an agency or in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and knowledge of motion design tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.

Responsabilidades

• Translate client briefs, brand guidelines, and project scopes into thoughtful and compelling design solutions.
• Study and understand scope of work documents, project timelines, call sheets, design briefs, and project requirements.
• Conduct design research and analysis.
• Design deliverables including social media graphics, digital ads, videos, presentations, white papers, and event collateral.
• Collaborate with project leads, strategists, and other designers to deliver on-brand assets.
• Contribute to visual strategy and branding projects, including logos, style guides, mood boards, and graphic systems.
• Participate in and guide internal reviews and client presentations; articulate rationale behind your design choices.
• Provide informal mentorship and feedback to junior designers.
• Stay current on design trends and share inspiration and process improvements with the team.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
