Job summary

Terra is seeking a Digital Strategist to turn big ideas into actionable multichannel marketing strategies. You’ll lead assigned client accounts, architect lifecycle journeys that blend content, AEO/SEO, social, and automation into measurable experiences.

You’ll pair strategic vision with creative direction and collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to deliver impact. You’ll own discovery through execution, speak with senior stakeholders, and guide teams toward measurable

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience developing and leading digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Evidence of marketing wins owned with data to back them up.
• Expertise in at least two core marketing areas and cross-channel integration.
• Experience in lifecycle and loyalty marketing, including email and app-based experiences; Braze knowledge a plus.
• Ability to use behavioral, engagement, and transactional data to power personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy for assigned client accounts, aligning initiatives with business objectives and audience needs.
• Drive client discovery sessions to surface insights, goals, and actionable metrics.
• Develop cross-channel strategies integrating content, AEO/SEO, and automation.
• Collaborate with Terra’s strategists to align with broader approach and best practices.
• Provide strategic creative direction: brief teams, review concepts, ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor performance, surface insights from data, and adjust strategy for impact.
• Stay ahead of market trends and evolving customer behaviors.
• Contribute ideas to Terra’s marketing and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to support Terra’s branding and sales pursuits.
