Qualifications

• Lead creative vision, concept development, and brand expression across campaigns and channels.
• Translate business strategies and consumer insights into compelling creative platforms.
• Direct multidisciplinary creative teams through concepting to execution.
• Review and approve creative work to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
• Partner with marketing, product, global/regional creative, and leadership to align on strategy and creative direction.
• Mentor and elevate talent; set craft standards and creative culture expectations.
• Make final decisions on creative concepts, visual tone, and brand identity evolution.
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and creative territories for campaigns and content.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative vision across campaigns from concept to execution.
• Direct cross-functional teams including design, copy, motion, and production.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Review and approve creative work for quality and brand alignment.
