Job description

Our Senior Creative Brand Copywriter develops original, compelling, and on-brand copy that aligns with strategic communication objectives for multi-channel marketing materials. Provides effective, results-oriented copywriting across digital and print channels to support sales, marketing, and WPS's overall business goals. You will collaborate with teams and marketing staff to brainstorm ideas, craft impactful messaging, and develop creative marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience and yields successful results.

Salary Range
$80,000 - $115K
The base pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Work Location

Remote work is permitted in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin. Occasional travel to Madison may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of editing, proofreading, and marketing/media knowledge.
• Portfolio demonstrating big-idea thinking, storytelling, and versatility.
• Experience with concept development and multi-platform campaigns.
• Understanding of different language styles for target markets.
• Proven ability to produce engaging marketing content aligned with strategic inputs.
• Knowledge of media channel strengths and limitations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and enthusiastic about writing projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading projects independently at enterprise level.
• Healthcare, health insurance, or federal healthcare environment experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Pages, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
