Job summary

Digitas is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Manager to manage intake, review, and handoff of creative assets across stakeholders. You’ll partner with clients, creative agencies, and internal activation teams to ensure assets are accurate, compliant, and launch-ready.

You’ll help move work from intake through QA and handoff, bringing structure, clarity, and accountability at every stage of the process in a regulated pharma-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with creative assets, production workflows, or digital marketing deliverables.
• Comfort reviewing specs, file formats, and final deliverable requirements.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong follow-through.
• Experience supporting regulated client work is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory review in pharma/healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of creative assets and project materials from clients and creative agency partners.
• Review creative deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand and platform specs.
• Coordinate QA checks to ensure assets are ready for activation handoff.
• Communicate status, revisions, and next steps with clients and internal teams.
• Track timelines, dependencies, and approvals to keep projects on schedule.
• Flag issues early and drive them to resolution.
• Maintain organized documentation, version control, and asset tracking.
• Support smooth handoff to activation teams with complete deliverables.
• Collaborate across teams to remove blockers and keep work moving.
