Job summary

GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group LLC in Atlanta is seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to perform valuations of commercial and residential properties, developments, and undeveloped land for litigation, financing, and corporate restructuring.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, a State Certified General Appraisal License, strong analytical ability, excellent client communication, and the willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and professional licensure as a State Certified General Appraiser
• Experience in commercial real estate valuation, tax appeals, condemnation and special purpose property preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex business documents
• Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and ability to present complex topics clearly

Responsibilities

• Ensure all valuation assignments comply with USPAP standards
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication and engagements
• Collaborate with internal experts to deliver high-quality analyses
• Provide testimony as a real estate valuation expert in legal proceedings when required
• Manage project scope, timelines and budgets and keep stakeholders informed
• Demonstrate leadership and uphold professional integrity
• Deliver accurate, timely, high-quality work for clients
