Job summary

GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group LLC is seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our Atlanta team or work remotely from AL, MS, TN, FL, or SC. You will conduct valuation analyses for commercial and residential properties, developments, and land supporting litigation, financing, and corporate restructuring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• State Certified General Appraisal License.
• Experience in commercial real estate valuation, tax appeals, condemnation, and special-purpose properties.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all valuation assignments comply with USPAP standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication.
• Collaborate with internal experts and cross-functional teams to deliver analyses.
• Provide real estate valuation testimony in legal proceedings when required.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets and report progress.
• Deliver accurate, timely, high-quality work products for clients.
