Job summary

Colliers in Seattle seeks a Senior Valuation Specialist to apply valuation principles across property types in CRE. You will manage assignments for corporate clients, REITs, funds, and lenders, while collaborating with teams across geographies to deliver strong client outcomes.

The role calls for 3–5 years of experience, active CG Real Estate Appraiser license, and proficient communication. A Bachelor’s degree and CRE background are preferred, with strong organization and Office skills.
