Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex CRE loans (owner and non-owner occupied) including multifamily, retail, office, industrial.
• Assess borrower creditworthiness from business/personal financials, tax returns, rent rolls, operating statements, and appraisals.
• Prepare clear credit memos with risks, financials, and recommendations.
