Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced experience underwriting for commercial industries, owner-occupied and investor CRE.
• Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including loan administration and treasury management.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex loan requests and renewals for working capital lines of credit, CRE loans, term loans and other bank lending products.
• Review loan structure, financial spreads, entity structures, collateral, market data and reports to identify risks.
• Prepare recommendations to Credit Administration in memos and loan presentations.
• Mentor junior analysts in financial analysis and credit risk mitigation.
