Job summary

Northwest Bank in Independence is seeking a CRE Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted business advisor, delivering a full breadth of banking solutions to meet client objectives while building a network of COIs.

You will manage a commercial loan portfolio, collaborate with credit and portfolio management, and drive cross-sales with product partners, ensuring exceptional client experience and adherence to Northwest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or marketing preferred.
• 6–8 years of CRE relationship management experience.
• Proven track record delivering strong sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate lending, risk management and related products.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand commercial banking relationships and COIs.
• Prospect actively to bring in new relationships to Northwest Bank.
• Collaborate with product partners on cross-selling opportunities and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed budget goals as assigned regionally.
• Manage a commercial loan portfolio and present loan recommendations.
