Job summary

Provident Bank in New Jersey is seeking a senior CRE Portfolio Manager to oversee portfolio analyses, extensions, modifications and borrower and guarantor reviews across construction and permanent loans.

You will monitor maturities, covenant compliance, prepare annual reviews, cash flow analyses and market assessments, and coordinate with lenders to ensure timely documentation and risk rating recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 7–10 years’ experience in commercial real estate within financial services.
• Strong financial analysis and CRE loan analysis experience.
• Ability to manage a CRE portfolio and assist multiple lenders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel & Argus; discounted cash flow modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maturities, covenant compliance and documentation for CRE portfolio.
• Prepare annual reviews and short-term extensions for loans.
• Analyze project economics, tenancy and market data for risk assessment.
• Support PMs and coordinate lender communications and loan modifications.
• Produce detailed cash flow, group exposure and valuation analyses.
