Job summary

PNC Asset Manager in Midland Loan Servicing is seeking a professional to oversee portfolios, analyze financial reports, and evaluate credit risk within commercial real estate. Based in-office, you will collaborate with internal partners and communicate with borrowers and investors to support decision making.

The role requires a university degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees portfolios and/or Borrower requests of routine to medium complexity for securitized CMBS, Agency, SASB, SFR or other portfolios comprised of loans secured by income producing CRE.
Analyze financial reports and loan documents and servicing agreement provisions.
Evaluates credit risk and proposes risk mitigants using CRE knowledge and market data.
Prepares and presents formal recommendations for approval per delegations of authority.
Communicates with borrowers, counsel, rating agencies, and investors.
Collaborates with internal partners to assist cross-departmental decision making.
