Realized Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst in Austin, TX or remote. You will underwrite structured CRE investments, build models, analyze leases and debt, and present findings to the Due Diligence Committee and investors.

The role requires 3–5 years of financial analysis experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint. You will collaborate with leadership, develop analytical tools, and contribute to market research and thought leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in financial analysis or underwriting in CRE.
• Strong financial modeling and cash flow analysis.
• Ability to read real estate documents critically.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite and model structured CRE investments, including market analysis and cash flow projections.
• Review offering materials and third-party diligence and present findings to the DD Committee, sales team, and investors.
• Serve as SME on calls, video conferences, and in-person presentations with advisors and investors.
• Lead projects creating new analytical tools and models with the VP of Research and Development team.
• Contribute to thought leadership with market and sector reports.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up document review and data extraction, verifying outputs against sources.
• Follow competitive landscape and complete ad hoc research as needed.
• Lead complex transactions from initial review through management recommendation.
