Job summary

Evergen Equity in Austin, TX is seeking an Investments Analyst to support sourcing, underwriting, and management of commercial real estate investments. You will build detailed financial models, conduct market research, and communicate findings to senior management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with due diligence, and help prepare investment memos and presentations. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of analytical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or related field with 1–3 years of analytical investment experience.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
Proven ability to research markets, evaluate data, and communicate results clearly.
Understanding of real estate fundamentals, capital structures, and investment concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models and cash flow analyses for real estate investments.
Conduct property-level market research to inform decisions.
Support due diligence on potential investments, including capital structure and risks.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investors.
Assist with asset management and portfolio reporting.
Support process improvements and cross-functional reporting.
