Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 3 years in financial analysis, underwriting, acquisitions, asset management, lending, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including cash flow analysis, return metrics, and layered debt and equity structures.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to produce presentation-ready outputs.
• Clear writing and the ability to explain technical conclusions to a skeptical audience.
• Good judgment with confidential information and the discipline to manage several workstreams at once.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and model CRE investments, including market analysis, cash flow projections, and debt/equity structures; build new models.
• Review offering materials and third-party diligence; challenge sponsor assumptions and present findings to the DD Committee and sales team.
• Support sales as a subject-matter expert on internal calls and in presentations and written materials.
• Contribute to internal data/analytics tool development; document requirements and test releases as needed.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up document review and data extraction; verify outputs against source documents.
• Follow the competitive landscape across real estate, capital markets, and private placement products; perform ad hoc research.
• Over time, take ownership of complex transactions from first look to management recommendation.
