Job summary

LaSalle Investment Management, Chicago-based division, seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Loan Origination, Underwriting and Asset Management team. You will contribute to financial underwriting, loan closings, and asset management of CRE bridge loans ranging from $5M to $50M+, gaining exposure to market research, investment committees, and client reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics or related field with strong academic record.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRE finance, lending, or investment management.
• Ability to travel nationally for meetings, tours, and conferences.
• Proficiency in Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Investment due diligence and market research.
• Creation and delivery of investment committee presentations.
• Financial reporting for senior management, investors, and rating agencies.
• Asset management and loan payoffs; assist with closings.
