Job summary

Bridge33 Capital, a rapidly growing national real estate private equity firm, seeks a Senior Analyst, Asset Management to support Asset Managers across a nationwide retail portfolio. This hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day work from home) is based in our Chicago office.

You will analyze revenue, operating expenses, leasing, and debt; prepare NOI and asset metrics; assist in budgeting and market studies; coordinate with tenants, lenders, and external consultants; and help prepare investor-ready

• :Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in business, real estate, or related field with finance/accounting specialization.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Management in operating and maximizing value of nationwide retail portfolio.
• Assist in Annual Operating budgets and understand asset revenue, expenses, taxes, tenant reimbursements, leasing and debt.
• Own quarterly NOI and property metrics, prepare investor-ready templates for management reporting and fundraising.
• Help in market studies, lease research, and tenant research; assist in LOI terms and deal economics.
• Project NOI, debt, and cash flows to measure returns and understand loan covenants.
• Assist in budgeting, business plan, and investment strategy for purchased assets.
• Review annual CAM, insurance, and tax reconciliation files with property accounting before tenant billing.
• Prepare hold/sell summaries for investment committee.
• Correspond with tenants and lenders on leases, financial packages, and loan draws.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants on property tax appeals with required data.
