Job summary

LaSalle Investment Management is seeking a full-time Analyst to join its Asset Management team in Chicago or Baltimore. The role provides exposure to office, industrial, retail, and multifamily investments and will focus on property-level analysis to support investment decisions.

You will perform complex financial analyses, use Argus and Excel-based models, and assist the team in acquiring, monitoring, and improving performance across geographic regions.

Qualifications

• Perform complex financial analyses including cash flow projections.
• Create and review Argus valuation models and underwriting proformas.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess risk and returns.
